Desmond Hogan (1950)

Ha esordito nel 1974 con il romanzo The Ikon-Makers. Poi sono seguite le raccolte di racconti Diamonds at the Bottom of the Sea and Other Stories (1979), Children of Lir: Stories from Ireland (1981), The Mourning Thief and Other Stories (1987) e Lebanon Lodge (1988). Hogan ha scritto anche un reportage di viaggi, The Edge of the City: A Scrapbook 1976-91 (1993) e numerosi testi teatrali.
Attualmente vive a Dublino.
